CKD is a digital meal services chain , we run our outlets as a delivery only kitchen. We thrive to provide the best home food to all the hustlers across India. We won’t let you miss the Ghar Ka Khana any more :)

You can order food through our app, available on both Android and iOS platforms.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options.

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on the meal your want to reschedule
  3. In the meal details page you will see reschule button
  4. By default the slider is marked yes , in case you don’t want the delivery of the food you can switch the slider to the NO position
  5. These rescheduled meals will be schedule to end to subscription

Please note that rescheduling has limit for each subscription. Please check your remaining reschules on your profile under "Active subscription"

This timings for the day on which is supposed to be delivered. Before delivery date a meal can be rescheduled anytime.

If Meal Preparation is started, then meal can only be cancelled and not rescheduled.

  1. Click on calender down arrow button on dashboard to expand full month calender view
  2. There you will see "Reschdule Timeframe" toggle button.
  3. Click on this button and meal types you have subscribed will be available for reschudule.
  4. Now you can select meal types you want to reschedule with the date range you want to reschedule on calender itself.
Please note that rescheduling has limit for each subscription. Please check your remaining reschules on your profile under "Active subscription".

You will still see reschedule button on meal details page. But now if you click on this button the meal will "Cancelled", no rescheduling will happen for this.

Yes, but this is subjected to few conditions. You disabling rescheduling you can again use the same reschedule toggle. If you have disabled rescheduling before meal preparation starts, then you will be able to undo reschedule. Otherwise you will NOT be able to undo reschedule.

No, we don’t provide any refunds in these cases. Please check our terms and conditions for more details.

Yes, you can change your delivery location on dashboard. Select your meal and change your delivery location on "Delivering at" option. Please note, you need to have address set before have them available here. You can set or change delivery location on profile page.

Yes, you can customize items in a meal upto certain extent. You can change meal items according to options available on the meal items on meal details page. Please note, these changes are allowed before meal preparation starts.
